Police officers should involve mother-in-law and father-in-law in the investigation of the murder case in village Yara: Rajesh Nagar

Haryana Minister of State for Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs Rajesh Nagar directed police officials to include the mother-in-law and father-in-law in the investigation of the murder of a person in village Yara as per the request of the complainant. Along with this, Shahbad SHO should be changed and strict action should also be taken after receiving the report of the video related to this case.

Minister of State Rajesh Nagar was speaking at the monthly meeting of the District Public Relations and Grievance Redressal Committee in the auditorium of the new Mini Secretariat on Monday. Before this, Minister of State Rajesh Nagar resolved 9 out of 14 complaints included in the agenda of the committee on the spot and ordered action on 5 pending complaints so that these complaints can also be resolved in the next meeting. Minister of State Rajesh Nagar heard the complaint of village Yara resident Keshav and his family again and the police administration also presented its side on this complaint based on facts related to the action taken by the ASP till now. Despite this, the complainant again recommended action. After hearing the arguments of the complainant, the Minister of State ordered that 2 more people, mother-in-law and father-in-law, should also be included in the investigation in this case.

He said that after the video report comes from the Forensic Lab Panchkula, if anyone is found guilty, strict action should be taken against him and on repeated requests of the complainant, the Superintendent of Police has also been asked to transfer the SHO. At present, the SIT is investigating this matter. Instructions have also been given to complete this investigation as soon as possible. In this meeting, the State Minister heard the complaints of Sharda Rani, resident of Sirsala, Gyan Sagar, resident of Sector 13, Gurnam Singh, resident of village Bargat, Gulab Singh, resident of Gobindpur, Pradeep Kumar, resident of village Chhapra, Mahendra Singh, resident of Gandhinagar, Ramkali, resident of Lotus Green City, Veena Sharma, resident of Sector 3, etc.

While talking to journalists, the Minister of State said that 9 out of 14 complaints have been resolved. All the officers have been instructed to resolve the complaints of the people on priority basis. On this occasion, Thanesar MLA Ashok Arora, Shahbad MLA Ramkaran Kala, Pehowa MLA Mandeep Chattha also placed complaints related to their constituencies before the House. Deputy Commissioner Neha Singh welcomed the guests. On this occasion, former Minister of State Subhash Sudha, Superintendent of Police Nitish Agarwal, BJP District President Tejendra Singh Goldy, District Council President Kanwaljit Kaur, Chairman Jai Singh Pal along with other officers and committee members were present.

In the monthly meeting of the District Public Relations and Grievance Redressal Committee, New Mirzapur Colony resident and student Anil, while placing the problem before the House, said that in the International Gita Mahotsav 2024, Kurukshetra University, through KDB, organized a film making competition on the holy book Gita. In this event, it was decided to give a prize money of Rs 1 lakh to the first place, Rs 51 thousand to the second and Rs 21 thousand to the third. In this competition, 3 participants were declared joint winners in the first place, 3 in the second and 3 in the third place and orders were given to divide this prize money among themselves, which is wrong as per the rules. CEO KDB Pankaj Setia and Professor Tejendra Sharma from Kurukshetra University also put forth their views on this subject.

In this matter, Minister of State Rajesh Nagar also discussed with Deputy Commissioner Neha Singh and the Deputy Commissioner also gave detailed information. The Minister of State ordered that all the participants placed in the first, second and third places should get the prize money prepared by KDB. For this, the concerned department should also demand additional budget from the government.
Orders given to SDM for investigation regarding road construction work

Haryana Minister of State Rajesh Nagar, while taking action on the complaint of Subhash Chand, a resident of Barna village, ordered that SDM Thanesar will investigate the construction work of the road built in May 2024 from CHC to Dhand Road in Barna village. Committee members Rajesh Mirzapur and Surendra will cooperate in this investigation. If found guilty in this investigation report, action will be taken against the concerned agency and officer.

Orders were given to give the amount of 27 thousand rupees to mechanic Mohit Kumar within 2 days
Minister of State Rajesh Nagar, after listening to the complaint of Mohit Kumar, a resident of village Badauli and taking detailed information of the arguments and case of the officials of the Labor Department, ordered that the amount of Rs 27 thousand should be made to Mistri Mohit Kumar as per the agreement from the concerned agency within the next 2 days instead of 12 June 2025. If the Mistri does not get the amount within 2 days, then action should be taken against the guilty as per the rules.
Deputy commissioner will investigate in NDC case
Minister of State Rajesh Nagar thought and deliberated upon all the facts of the complaint of Kripal Singh, resident of village Kharindwa and also sought the views of the officers of Thanesar Municipal Council. To ensure justice to the complainant, the Minister of State has appointed Deputy Commissioner Kurukshetra to investigate the entire matter related to the issuance of NDC. The Minister of State also said that if the officers of the Municipal Council are found guilty in the investigation, strict action will be taken.

Orders given for investigation against the officer in the matter of delay in releasing the gratuity and salary of a retired teacher
Jasbir Singh, who retired from the post of SS Master from village Munda Kheda Government Secondary School, complained before the House about the delay in release of gratuity, leave encashment and February salary given by the government on his retirement and deliberate harassment by the woman officer holding DD power. District Elementary Education Officer Vinod Kaushik presented his side on this complaint and after knowing both the sides, State Minister Rajesh Nagar has ordered to release gratuity and other funds soon as well as ordered to investigate the matter against the concerned woman officer.
