Today the accident took place at about 5 am one express bus OD21A3777 was plying from Hinjilikatu to Tikiri with 45 passangers met with an accident at Kailashpur Ghat about 20 kms away from Rayagada on NH 326. About 20 passangers sustained minor injuries and 2 to 3 persons suffered fractured. But all are in stable condition. All are shifted to Rayagada DHH for treatment. The accident happened in the sharp down gradient turning road with proper road signage, convex mirrors, crash barrier and guard wall. Duevto presence of proper guard wall severity of accident is minimum. Probable cause of accident is lack of proper driving skill for which the driver could not negotiated the sharp turning.
