At the Ardorcomm Digital Bharat Education Conclave 2025, held in Mumbai on January 31st, the Odisha University of Technology and Research (OUTR) was honored with the prestigious Certificate of Excellence for being an “Outstanding Institute in Learning Initiatives and Skill Development.” This recognition highlights OUTR’s commitment to fostering academic excellence, promoting hands-on learning, and developing industry-relevant skills among students. Prof. Bibhuti Bhusan Biswal, the Hon’ble Vice Chancellor of OUTR, was celebrated for his “Iconic Leadership in Higher Education 2025,” acknowledging his visionary contributions to advancing educational standards and innovation at the university. Additionally, Prof. Meera Viswavandya, Director of IQAC, was presented with a Certificate of Appreciation for her valuable and exemplary contributions to higher education in Odisha.
