उल्लेखनीय है कि भारत में राष्ट्र भाषा हिन्दी का प्रथम समाचार-पत्र ‘उदन्त मार्तण्ड’ दिनांक 30 मई 1826 को भारत की तत्कालीन राजधानी कलकत्ता से पं. जुगुल किशोर शुक्ल द्वारा प्रकाशित किया गया था, जिसका वर्तमान में द्विशताब्दी वर्ष चल रहा है। फलत, इसी उपलक्ष्य में केन्द्रीय हिन्दी संस्थान, आगरा, शिक्षा मन्त्रालय, भारत सरकार, नई दिल्ली, भारतीय भाषा परिषद, कोलकत्ता, उत्तर प्रदेश हिन्दी संस्थान, उत्तर प्रदेश सरकार, लखनऊ एवं काशी- वाराणसी विरासत प्रतिष्ठान, वाराणसी के संयुक्त तत्वावधान में विगत दिनों कलकत्ता, पं. बंगाल में हिन्दी पत्रकारिता प्रथम समाचार पत्र उदन्त मार्तण्ड द्विशताब्दी वर्ष केन्द्रित ‘भारत: राष्ट्रीय साहित्य एवं मीडिया महोत्सव का आयोजन किया गया, जिसमें श्री लक्ष्मण प्रसाद आचार्य, महामहिम राज्यपाल, असम की मुख्य अतिथि के रूप में महत्वपूर्ण सहभागिता रही।

फलतः, सुप्रसिद्ध भारतवादी साहित्यकार डॉ. शमशेर जमदग्नि को भारतवादी साहित्य सर्जन के माध्यम से भारत के राष्ट्रीय साहित्य में उत्कृष्ट योगदान के लिए श्री लक्ष्मण प्रसाद आचार्य, महामहिम राज्यपाल, असम के कर कमलो से ‘साहित्य सेवा सम्मान’ से सम्मानित किया गया, जिसे डॉ. जमदग्नि द्वारा विनम्रतापूर्वक ग्रहण करते हुए वन्देमातरम- भारतमातरम’ को ससम्मान समर्पित कर दिया गया।

महत्वपूर्ण है कि डॉ. शमशेर जमदग्नि एक आर्दश लोक सेवक के साथ सुप्रसिद्ध भारतवादी साहित्यकार भी हैं, जिनकी 02 महत्वपूर्ण पुस्तके मैं भारतवर्ष हूं (2010) एवं ‘काव्यांजलि की कलियां’ (2012) हरियाणा सरकार द्वारा प्रदेश के राजकीय महाविद्यालयों एवं राजकीय जिला पुस्तकालयों हेतु अनुमोदित हैं। डॉ. जमदग्नि की ये दोनों विशिष्ट पुस्तकें ‘भारतमातरम राष्ट्रपीठ, नई दिल्ली’, जो भारतीय संस्कृति के संरक्षण एवं संवर्द्धन को समर्पित एक राष्ट्रीय संस्थान है, द्वारा प्रकाशित है तथा क्रमशः हिन्दी गद्य एवं पद्य में भारतीय संस्कृति का अमर सन्देश प्रदान करती है।

फलतः, भारतीय संस्कृति के चिन्तक भारतवादी साहित्यकार डॉ. शमशेर जमदग्नि को सम्प्रति प्राप्त ‘साहित्य सेवा सम्मान’ की विशिष्ट महत्ता यह है कि जहां डॉ. शमशेर जमदग्नि मूलतः हरियाणा के निवासी हैं एवं वर्तमान में उनका स्थायी निवासस्थान नई दिल्ली है, वहीं वे उत्तर प्रदेश में एक राजकीय उच्चाधिकारी के रूप में सेवारत हैं एवं उन्हें यह राष्ट्रीय पुरस्कार पं. बगाल में प्राप्त हुआ है और इसे महामहिम राज्यपाल, असम द्वारा प्रदान किया गया है। अतः इस विशिष्ट राष्ट्रीय सम्मान में हरियाणा, नई दिल्ली, उत्तर प्रदेश, पं. बंगाल एवं असम आदि अनेक महत्वपूर्ण राज्य अर्थात् सम्पूर्ण भारतवर्ष प्रतिबिम्बित हो चला है।

बता दें कि बागेश्वर धाम के पीठाधीश्वर पंडित धीरेंद्र कृष्ण शास्त्री 26 से 30 मई, 2025 तक पांच दिवसीय श्री हनुमंत कथा का वाचन करने आए थे।
यह पहली बार नहीं है जब धीरेंद्र शास्त्री हरियाणा में हनुमंत कथा कर रहे हैं। इससे पहले वे हरियाणा के पानीपत में भी आ चुके हैं, जहां उन्होंने हनुमंत कथा अमृत महोत्सव के दौरान प्रवचन दिए थे। उस समय धीरेंद्र कृष्ण शास्त्री ने कहा था कि उन्हें संतों में तूफान और राम राज्य जैसा हिंदुस्तान लाने का आह्वान करना है। उन्होंने दिल्ली, हरियाणा और उत्तर प्रदेश में पदयात्रा करने की घोषणा भी की थी। शास्त्री ने अपनी कथाओं में हनुमान कथा का महत्व बताया और कहा कि कथा सुनने वाले एक दिन सेठ जरूर बनेंगे।

महंत सर्वेश्वरी गिरि जी महाराज ने बताया कि पिछले कई वर्षो से प्रत्येक मास के जेठे रविवार को मां भगवती के स्वरूप में सैंकड़ों कन्याओं का आश्रम परिसर में पूजन किया जाता है और फल दक्षिणा के साथ जरूरतमंद कन्याओं को समय समय पर गर्मी सर्दी के वस्त्र जूते व शिक्षा के लिए पुस्तकें इत्यादि वितरित की जाती है।
महंत सर्वेश्वरी गिरि ने बताया कि आश्रम में प्रतिदिन सांय को भजन संध्या कीर्तन प्रभु सुमिरन पाठ भी किया जा रहा है।

महंत सर्वेश्वरी गिरि जी महाराज ने श्रद्धालु जनों को आज कन्याओं के पूजन के महत्व और गौमाता की सेवा कर पुण्य प्राप्त कर विषय में आमजन को जानकारी दी और सत्य के मार्ग पर चलने की प्रेरणा दी और बताया की सत्य के मार्ग पर चलने वाला इंसान तनावमुक्त के साथ रोगमुक्त भी रहता है। इस अवसर पर षडदर्शन साधुसमाज के संगठन सचिव वैद्य पण्डित प्रमोद कौशिक इत्यादि संत भी मौजूद रहे।

Udaybhan said that Ashok Arora is MLA from Thanesar Assembly constituency and represents 2.25 lakh people and Thanesar Nagar Parishad also comes in this constituency. Udaybhan questioned that when the MLAs of the opposition are not safe then what will happen to the common people? He warned that the DC SP of Kurukshetra should take this matter seriously. Udaybhan said that the goons of BJP have obstructed the government work by going to the House meeting unauthorizedly. The Executive Officer of the Nagar Parishad should have registered a case against them for obstructing the government duty, but the Executive Officer has not registered any case against these hooligan elements till now. Strongly condemning the ban on media coverage in the meeting, Udaybhan said that BJP has no faith in democracy and this decision is a matter of strangling the press. Congress is in favor of media freedom. On this occasion, Ashok Arora said that only councillors can attend the meeting of the Municipal Council. It is not right for anyone else to come as their representative. The country runs according to the Constitution and not according to emotions.
