Over the last two days, the company held successful dialogues with the employees, which included a crucial meeting led by the Deputy Commissioner. The employees were reassured that their government benefits, service conditions, and retirement benefits would remain protected under the CPDL structure, as per the transfer scheme notified by the UT Administration.
