Deputy CM Mukesh Agnihotri Announces Modern ISBT for Baddi
Deputy Chief Minister Mukesh Agnihotri announced that a modern Interstate Bus Terminal (ISBT) will soon be constructed in Baddi, with work expected to commence shortly. MLA Ram Kumar had raised the issue during the zero hour, noting that it has been pending for a long time. Agnihotri emphasized that Baddi, being Asia’s largest industrial area, deserves a top-notch terminal.
During the zero hour, MLA Deepraj highlighted that under CRF, ₹32 crore had been approved for his constituency, while Rampur received ₹56 crore. However, tenders for these projects have been canceled 3–4 times. He urged the government to re-initiate tenders for Rampur and Karsog.
Lahul-Spiti MLA Anuradha Rana mentioned in the house the death of Agri-warrior Arun Kumar at the Siachen Glacier. She requested the state government to provide a compassionate appointment to a family member and name a road after him. Deputy CM Agnihotri said that the central government has made some amendments to the plan, and the state will consider naming a road in his honor.

MLA Malendra Rajan raised concerns about heavy damage in his Indora constituency due to recent floods and heavy rains. He reported that water entered the Indora town for the first time and requested relief funds for the affected residents.
