The Pro Kabaddi League (PKL) day 1 auction concludes with 24 players going under the hammer. 24 players were divided into Category A (8 Players) and Category B (16 Players), out of which 20 players were sold on Thursday. Sachin Tanwar was the most expensive player of the night with his final bid of Rs 2.15 crore INR. Iran’s Mohammadreza Shadloui Chiyaneh was the close second with the final bid of 2.07 crore, while Guman Singh became the third most expensive player with Gujarat Giants bidding 1.97 crore for him.
PKL’s most successful raider Pradeep Narwal was bought by his first club Bengaluru Bulls for Rs 70 lakh INR, while most succesful defender, Fazel Atrachali was bought by Bengal Warriors for Rs 50 Lakh INR. Pawan Sehrawat was retained by Telugu Titans for Rs 1.725 crore INR, while Manjeet Singh was retained by Bengal Warriors for Rs 1.15 cr INR.
