Report on Plantation Drive
On 17th September 2024, NCC unit in collaboration with the Hindustan Scouts and Guides
Association, Shimla Himachal Pradesh and Photography Cell of St. Bede’s College,
organized a Plantation Drive on campus under the theme “Ek Ped Maa Ke Naam.” The
event was conducted in the presence of the college principal Prof.Sister Molly Abraham. The
drive aimed to promote environmental sustainability while paying tribute to mothers by
planting trees in their honor.
Students and faculty enthusiastically participated in the event, planting saplings across the
college campus. The Photography Cell captured the event and photos were shared on social
media to raise awareness. The initiative highlighted the importance of tree planting for a
greener and healthier future.
